Your healthcare rights with NSW Ambulance

Irrespective of where, when, or how you receive healthcare, everyone has rights. These rights are set out in the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights.

The NSW Ambulance Patient Charter is our commitment to upholding the rights of our consumers and creating a shared understanding of these rights between patients, their loved ones, and NSW Ambulance employees.

No matter where you are in NSW, or how you interact with NSW Ambulance, we encourage you to understand your rights.
