Children, teenagers, and young people

Headspace - for young people looking for information and referral options relating to general mental health, physical health, work and study and alcohol and other drugs. Call 1800 650 890 or visit Headspace.

Kids Helpline – a free and confidential phone (call 1800 551 800) and online counselling for young people aged 5-25.

NSW Ambulance - preparing kids for emergencies- everyone should understand how and when to call for emergency services. Our activities are designed to build confidence in children to make that call that could save a life.


Parenting

In Home Care  - is for families who can’t access other forms of early childhood education and care. It is typically for families who work unusual hours, live in a remote area or have complex needs.

SleepWellBaby - provides specialist parenting and mental health support via an app.

Beyond Blue Parenting and Mental Health - provides information about how to help your child manage anxious feelings from ages 6-12. Call 1300 22 4636 or visit the website.
